Job Description

We are hiring a Strategic GTM & Revenue Narrative Lead to work directly with our founder in shaping how complex B2B SaaS / AI products are positioned, communicated, and sold. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and revenue, and focuses on translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that drive pipeline and conversion. This is not a traditional marketing or content role. The focus is on commercial impact, deal support, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging
  • Develop high-impact sales and GTM materials including:
    • sales decks
    • use cases
    • proposals
    • customer narratives
  • Support deal shaping and conversion by aligning messaging to:
    • buyer pain points
    • objections
    • decision criteria
  • Define and refine GTM strategy, ICP, and messaging hierarchy
  • Work closely with founder on:
    • product positioning
    • narrative development
    • strategic messaging
  • Ensure all content and assets contribute to pipeline generation and revenue conversion

Required Experience

We are looking for candidates with 5–8 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Product Marketing (B2B SaaS / AI / Enterprise software)
  • Presales / Solution Consulting / Sales Enablement
  • Management Consulting / Strategy Consulting
  • Product + GTM roles in high-growth startups

Strong Preference For Candidates Who Have

  • Experience working on RFPs, proposals, or enterprise deal support
  • Built sales enablement materials (decks, case studies, positioning)
  • Worked closely with sales and product teams
  • Experience in AI, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS
  • Exposure to GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks

Compensation & Working Model

  • 100% Remote
    Work from anywhere. We operate as a distributed team and optimize for output, not location.
  • India Federal Holidays + Company Shutdown Weeks
    In addition to standard holidays, we operate two company-wide shutdown periods:
    • June 29 – July 4
    • December 23 – January 6
      These are built-in recovery periods to support sustained high performance.
