Conversion & Narrative Lead (AI-Led GTM)

What we need is a single, exceptional operator who can:
- refine ideas into sharp, compelling narratives
- ensure every asset is conversion-driven
- translate complex thinking into clear, buyable product messaging
This role sits at the intersection of:
- product marketing
- conversion copy
- AI-assisted content systems
What You Will Own
1. Narrative Precision
- Transform raw ideas and AI-generated content into:
- clear arguments
- structured positioning
- consistent messaging across channels
- Act as the final editorial layer before anything goes live
2. Conversion Performance
- Own performance of:
- landing pages
- email sequences
- core funnel messaging
- Continuously improve:
- conversion rates
- clarity of value proposition
- call-to-action effectiveness
3. Product & Market Translation
- Translate complex technical and strategic concepts into:
- clear product positioning
- specific use cases
- differentiated messaging
- Ensure messaging answers:
- who this is for
- what problem it solves
- why it matters now
- why we win
4. AI-Assisted Content Workflow
- Work within an AI-driven content system:
- build structured briefs
- guide outputs (not write everything from scratch)
- refine and elevate generated content
- Ensure outputs are:
- high-quality
- consistent
- aligned to strategy
5. Speed + Quality Layer
- Enable fast review cycles by:
- delivering clean, polished drafts
- minimizing iteration overhead
- maintaining high standards across all outputs
What You Will NOT Do
- No social media management
- No SEO execution
- No campaign ops
- No content volume production
This is a high-leverage, thinking + refining role, not a content factory role.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 5–10 years experience in one or more:
- B2B SaaS product marketing
- conversion copywriting
- growth / GTM roles
- Demonstrated ability to:
- improve landing page or email conversion
- write and edit high-quality, persuasive content
- simplify complex ideas
Core Skills
- Exceptional writing and editing ability
- Strong product positioning instincts
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels
- Ability to work with AI-generated content effectively
- High speed with strong judgment
You Are Likely Someone Who:
