Your Mission:
- Build AI-powered research agents that analyze structured & unstructured data (patents, financial reports, regulatory filings, market trends).
- Optimize market and technology validation through RAG, fine-tuned LLMs, and vector-based knowledge retrieval.
- Develop AI-driven decision models for assessing innovation readiness and investment potential.
- Seamlessly integrate AI into EVOS, enabling clients to track IP risk, competitive moves, and technology adoption in real time.
If you’re excited about AI-powered automation, data-driven research, and making an impact in venture capital & innovation management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Knowledge Integration
- Develop AI-powered research workflows to analyze patents, market trends, and commercialization opportunities.
- Build industry-specific knowledge bases using tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Structure multi-source datasets (e.g., SEC filings, patent databases, competitive intelligence) into vectorized retrieval systems.
- Implement Multi-Index Analysis (MIA) scoring for assessing technology readiness, market adoption, and IP strength.
AI Agent & LLM Development
- Design and deploy AI Agents that extract, categorize, and summarize research findings in IP, market analysis, and innovation strategy.
- Fine-tune LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain) for domain-specific applications in innovation intelligence & commercialization strategy.
- Implement RAG-based knowledge retrieval to optimize IP research and investment intelligence workflows.
Automation & Prompt Engineering
- Develop custom prompt architectures optimized for technology validation, patent assessments, and market forecasting.
- Build API-based automation tools that integrate AI-driven insights into EVOS and client dashboards.
- Optimize AI models for accuracy, contextual relevance, and decision-making.
System Integration & Deployment
- Develop APIs and middleware to connect AI-driven insights with enterprise innovation workflows.
- Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI-powered research pipelines.
- Integrate vector-based retrieval systems into commercial research automation.
Continuous Learning & Compliance
- Monitor AI model performance and refine training datasets based on real-world results.
- Stay ahead of AI, IP, and regulatory trends to enhance AI-driven research capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical AI practices, and legal considerations in AI-driven innovation research.
What Success Looks Like in This Role (First 6 Months)
- Built & deployed an AI Agent that automates prior art searches, IP risk analysis, and market intelligence workflows.
- Developed a RAG-based retrieval system that dynamically extracts the most relevant market & investment insights.
- Fine-tuned an LLM to process structured/unstructured data for patent, investment, and commercialization research.
- Integrated AI outputs into EVOS, allowing clients to instantly access strategic innovation intelligence.
